When an order is placed and accepted by us, we make every effort to ship all purchased items within 48 hours. When you place your order online, a time estimate for delivery will be provided. Each order placed with Woodified Natura is covered by transit insurance until it is delivered to you or picked up. When the products are collected, you must sign a confirmation of receipt, and by doing so, you take responsibility for the ordered goods moving forward. You accept this signature as proof of delivery and fulfilment of your order if the recipient or collector is not the original buyer, or in the case of gift delivery.
DELIVERY FEES (depending on choice) All domestic orders come with free delivery.
ADVANTAGEOUS CHARGES There aren't any extra fees. The individual components each list the total sum due.
TIMING OF DELIVERY Depending on the delivery area and the services provided by our logistics partner, this may change. However, we make an effort to deliver orders in 4 to 7 business days (excluding holidays).
